Clowney's rookie year and 2020 COVID year did Clowney not play in at least 13 games. How many games did Aldon Smith, David Irving, and Randy Gregory miss the last 7 years?

Then we are wasting time with "Achilles Heal" Hooker, Neal, and doing that Kazee stuff?

When you have a 28 year old former no.1 overall pick that was a Pro Bowl player in 2019, you sign him just to show you are actually trying to improve your defense and win a Super Bowl. Clowney has played out of position as a OLB in a 3/4 for all his career excluding the SeaHawks in 2019. Bring him in to prove the obvious is not true.

For the right price, sure...

Your video highlights shows a far different, much more effective Clowney.
no one missed or forgot Clowney, he just isn't very good anymore.

A mere 3 sacks in 2019 ... total zero sacks in 2020

Maybe its' all the bangs, bumps and bruises he's gone thru over the years.
But he's an average edge rusher and more and more an average joe of a player right now

He'll get a minimal salary of 2 mill the closer it gets to reg season ..or 2 games after start of reg season.
