Sewell, Slater & Farley

A few things. I like Farley, however, I'm heavily on team trade down. I think this is a great season to trade down and see what we get as a result. I think we improve our draft class from that. Secondly, I like Farley, but his back surgery has me concerned. As someone who's had back issues since 2010, I can tell you that back injuries are hard to heal depending on where the surgery on the back is. Your back is where a lot of your nerves are. This is why Romo struggled to stay healthy once his back issues began. Farley is going to be a rookie. So, that's not a good sign. Additionally, back injuries can impact things like speed because the pain from the back can hinder the mindset. So, I'd like Farley after a trade down (though I prefer Moehrig), however, my concerns are about his health with his back issues.

I agree, the more I look at this draft the more I am convinced that trading down to add another pick in the 2nd is the right move. But I have a feeling if the CBs are off the board, the Cowboys are going to take Parsons or an Edge rusher. Jerry loves drafting pass rushers because he heard that's a good idea.

I wouldn't be opposed to this, but Moehrig or Collins after a trade down would be the best move imo.

I think it’s overblown and it’s funny the teams that had info about this and are leaking closer to draft time.

I’ll take a CB who has bad back but can cover instead of healthy one that always going to get blown by and will always need safety help over top.

That is Dallas Cowboy drafting right there.
