I like the first two picks if they're sure of Phillip's commitment to the game after retiring and coming back. Williams would be the pick where they took McNeill. I like the Moses pick If they think his ACL is fully healed. I would prefer someone like Royce Newman or Jaylon Moore over Brown. I don't know who was available but surely they could do better than Darden at 123. With Moore or Newman they don't need Ealy pick up someone like Rochell or Deablo. Shakur Brown would be a steal at that spot.

He had multiple medical issues and retired. He came back last year played well and showed no ill effects from the issues and probably has some of the better developed pass rush moves in this draft class. I just wonder if he might give it up again ala that guy we had who said he hated football.

good haul for sure but I doubt Surtain falls to 12 or Phillips falls to 44.
The mock draft machines will be behind for another 15-20 days as pro day results change draft boards.

The problem I always have with these mocks is how do I make them resemble reality.
Do I pass on a guy who should absolutely not be there? makes my mock look far worse.
Do I make trades even though the NFL is much harder to trade in than reality? Trades DO happen but just not with mock draft frequency.

Always the struggle.

I've been doing it to add day two picks and some later picks to move up with if someone I want might be gone by my pick.

I'm sure it's not as easy in the real draft but if they could move down a few spots and still get the guy they want and add a third it would be possible to add a player with starter potential to the draft class.
