Starting to see some 2nd rd buzz on Barmore

2nd round makes more sense to me...I think he's overrated, and will likely get over drafted in the 1st.

He'd be a good target with our 2nd if he does make it there though.

Never cracked the starting lineup for Bama I believe. Is a big-bodied 3-tech that doesn’t play the run particularly well. At pick #44 I’m intrigued; at #10 no thanks.

I think he’s going to develop into a really nice starting DT. But his calling card is going to be as an up the field player that can get to the QB. What this team does at the other DT position is really the question.
Think he is an ideal fit for the 3T, in which he can play the run on his way to the QB. I think the need is more at the 1T then it is finding another up the field 3T at this juncture.

I can't post the article I read but it actually focuses on the defense he ran at Atlanta. We'll find out I guess when they play the games. You could be right though if they actually went to OSU pro day to watch Togiai.
Milton Williams is a 3-4 DE in college, same can be said about Fa Watkins. I believe Urban played in a 3-4 with the Bears. All this suggests, Quinn is going to use 3-4 type personnel in his base defense on the early run downs. Togaia is a fit for the 1T, that comes off the field in the nickel.

If it makes us a better defense I'm all for it.
