Sewel and surtain would be great too. I doubt I would ever use a top 10 pick in a te.Nice consolation prize if we miss out on Pitts,Sewell or Surtain.
So6-3, 246 pounds, 4.39 40? The guy is an animal. There’s your MLB right there. Anyone that says there aren’t blue chip D guys are blind.
Give me Surtain or Parsons

Jaylon Smith ran fast on a straight line as well.
Can Parsons cut and change direction without losing containment or does he make the wrong angle approach like Jaylon?
We don't need another Jayon Smith.
Go to the 6:57 mark to start seeing what I mean...
Are you trying to be funny? Is 6:57 the part of the video where Micah blows out his knee like Jaylon and it takes 2 years for him to even see the field?
I rather have Chaz Surratt. Only been a LB for 2 years and led every LB in QB pressure since then. Played QB so understands routes, assignments and what QBs like to do.
Needs to learn how to shed blocks but seen him mocked from 2-4th round in most mocks.
Unless Bolton is at 44 or a trade back from 10, I much rather get CB, safety, DT and Surratt.

The issue here is no matter how physically talented Micah Parsons is, he lacks in making the proper reads and adjustments as a field general middle LB which we need on our Cowboys Defense. Parsons is another Jaylon Smith. Why would you draft another Jaylon type (mental lacking) of LB?

He was clocked at sub 4.4 at 4.39.So
4.49
No bad!

Can he cover? If not then NFL team will exploit that all day.
Has really quick feet and runs a 4.39 at 6-3?
Oh I would love to bet you that Parsons becomes a top 5 backer in the NFL. Just to prove again that your ability to judge talent in football is so bad its laughable. That’s great but the ability to cover is a skill and if he doesn’t have that skill then NFL teams will abuse him like they do Jaylon and he and Jaylon already have the same strengths.
Pro Day times.....always add .05 to .1 ....to get normalized combine timeHe was clocked at sub 4.4 at 4.39.
Jaylon has literally played linebacker since high school (High School Dick Butkus award winner), all through college, and now 4-5 years as a pro. He has no excuses; he is what he is.1. He doesn’t lack the mental ability like Jaylon does
2. Jaylon can’t move side to side anywhere close to what he used to be able to, ever since the catastrophic knee injury.
Parsons is kind of raw. Hasn’t played LB that long. Used to be a DE.
so you can question how much he will continue to develop the mental aspect of the game. But you can’t say he “can’t do” something because he is still a developing player at the LB position. That’s the question marks.
but if he would have played in 2020 and played the same way he did the year prior. He would probably be gone before the cowboys. So the only reason he will be around at 10 is because of that question mark.
