My top 22

Maybe I should educate you. would you like to the history of where TE's were drafted since 2014 and what happened to those picks?

Spoiler.............................You arent going to like it.
I know the history of the tight end. Pitts is different.

Buddy, you just said Pitts is better than Lawrence.
So what? It's my list. Pitts is 1 on my list which means that I feel he is the best prospect in the draft. Lawrence is 4 on my list which means he is an outstanding prospect. I like Zach Wilson better, that's just my opinion. At least I looked at the players and made my own decisions. I'm not ignorant like some that claim that Kyle Pitts didn't play against top competition.

I know they are different players (in size especially) but with all the hype he is getting, I am going to laugh when Pitts turns into the next Vernon Davis.
Are you predicting that?

I mean, skill wise, they are not at all alike
Both big, fast guys, but Pitts is another level altogether as a receiver.

Don’t get me wrong... he’s a stud. But I don’t believe in taking RB’s and TE’s in the the top of the draft. Especially when you are already loaded on Offense. I remember the Zeke arguments in 16. How he was going to make the whole team better including the defense. Now not so much.
What about WRs ? They say he would be at or near the top as a WR as well.

Pitts is 6’6 and Davis is like 6’2 or 6’3. As I said in my post they are different players. Both being TEs that are fast and having blocking deficiencies coming out are the only similarities that I can’t tell. I was really comparing the position and their hype coming out of college. I want say Vernon was more hyped, but perhaps that’s due to the pandemic not being a thing back then idk.

I’m not predicting anything. I honestly don’t watch enough ACC or SEC games to compare both players skill level in college tbh. I just don’t think he is realistic pick. Either he won’t fall to us or we trade back if he does. Jerry would be blasted if he went TE at 10 and he knows it.

Really? You also say that you don't know what positions the players play.
It doesn't take knowing the positions of all the players to know you don't put a TE at 1 on your draft board. Only a dummy would do that.

That's most of the players I have except for 4 or 5, the order is quite a bit different.

Putting Pitts ahead of Lawrence is a bit unusual, but it's your ranking not any of ours.
Putting Pitts in the top 5 is flat out normal though...and even #2 is not a stretch. That's how he is generally regarded.
Doesn't at all mean that's where he should be drafted, even if he was listed as a WR (which he could be)

Lol, the ignorant speak. What about the guys that do this for a living that have him at 2 and 3. Are they all dummies in your book?

I looked at some lists last night and this is what I found on some Pitts rankings.
Daniel Jeremiah 2
Dane Brugler 2
Gil Brandt 3
Mel Kiper 2
Todd McShay 2

There are so many varying opinions by the guys that do this for a living, no doubt about it. That just means some of them aren't good at it well despite getting paid. If there was one putting a TE at 1, he's one of those not doing it well. I noticed not even you are saying the people getting paid to do this are putting a TE at 1. There is a reason for this and it screams you were wrong for doing so. So when you mention "ignorant speaking", look in the mirror. :p

He is a consensus top 2 player. Where are the varying opinions opinions?

Kyle Pits is the top non qb position player in the draft.

If you want to throw in there(non-QB player) then we have no quarrel.
