You do realize all NFL players aren't eating healthy or training as hard as they should, right? Dez was notorious for never doing squats or deadlifts, and his trainers were saying once he lost a step he needed to strengthen but he wouldn't. There are NBA players like Dwight Howard that were nearly diabetic because their meals consisted of skittles and bags of chips? Even Taco Charlton apparently had terrible meals. It took Ronald Leary re-building his body after he was benched for La'el for him to have a come back. The teams and trainers can suggest things to the players, but not all players will heed their advise, nor can they be forced to.

Stop with the rudeness, this is a message board, we're just discussing things, why take offense on behalf of Zeke for no reason, when I'm not attacking him
you have less then zero idea of what zekes meals and workouts are so you cant offer advice on what he nor any other PRO athlete should do..

He really needs to lose weight, as in muscle. He's lost so much of his burst from getting so big. I know it may help him from all the physical abuse he gets, but he can only really get slower and slower going forward. Getting slimmer may let him take advantage of holes that open up. Right now he's looking to fall forward in every opening when he should be trying to hit a home run every time.

I been saying that for awhile. I would hope the coaches and training staff recognize the price his suit of armor costs and adjust accordingly.

yes because hes subbing out its not because its out of shape its for the exact reasons i just explained and only ignorant people see hes just taking breath and no player plays every snap at the skilled positions..smfh get over the obvious jealousy and hate..zeke not out of shape and never has been its well known fact coaches allow him to sub out as they arent doing it for him as teams who actually rotate backs up to 3 now..hes a 3 down back , he rarely comes out!! he has that to come out play or two..smh

Yeah, yeah. You smart. We dumb.
We can't differentiate between his first year when he was a workhorse, rarely fumbled the ball and was motioning to feed him more than waving to beg out of the game.
Only you have the special Captain Crunch decoder lens to decipher what he's doing, but we bozos who happened to buy Cornflakes with no prize can't accurately interpret his hand signs.
Don't believe our eyes, just believe what the decoder lens reveals.
Okay, you win. We be blind, you be see. ;)

I forgot the running back’s name from the New York Giants. He was always putting the ball in the ground. Then he learned how to hold onto the football . He totally changed the way he held the ball . Maybe that’s what you should be working on

You stay in there as a decoy. And till I take you out. You don’t asked to come out yourself. I hate that he does that. I don’t care what the reason. Well that’s not necessarily true. If You were just injured, not hurt. Then ask

i like how a bunch of spare part humans sitting behind keyboards JUDGE HIGH LEVEL ATHLETES AND FIGURE THEY WOULD OFFER UP ADVICE ON PLAYING WEIGHT AND HOW THEY APPROACH TRAINING..:omg::laugh:

the most ridiculous narrative ever is calling zeke fat and slow..hes never been that i imagine since 8th grade and has done well for himself..yet here are the keyboard heroes chiming in..

Ezekiel Elliott has put this team in so much turmoil since he’s been here. Give me a new contract before my old one is even up. Suspensions. His fault or not. Putting the ball on the ground. No excuse. Especially as many times. Tripping over his own ego I’m a goalie in the playoffs. Yeah I’ll give him something to chew on. Feed me LMAO

You know I don’t mind other peoples opinions. But you slam the quarterback and you praise the running back. When it’s exactly the opposite. In my opinion. Not you you know who I’m talking about

I wonder how he feels about a high-level athlete judging another athlete. I train with the two times Super Bowl running back. I don’t think they want to hear his opinion Of Elliot

What does that have to do with him being out of shape and taking himself out of game?

Super jock sniffers arrive with their myopic defenses and ultra sensitivities every time someone criticizes their precious, beloved players. Equally predictable.

Now shoo. A player is in need of your undying affection, adoration, amour and attention. ;)
Well you be a hater so no surprise you gonna hate on this. No surprise whatsoever. Predictable and right on que. Next positive thing I post you’ll hate on it. GUARANTEED.

Right now there’s nobody in the league on third down at rather get the ball to. But that doesn’t mean I trust giving it to him it just means he’s on my team. He needs to relearn how to run with the football football

I don’t think these people understand. What it means to lose weight and muscle weight. You take over two years. A zillion reps is the only thing that eats muscle. And reshapes it. Yeah you’re right these people don’t have a clue
