thats fair,just as prospects they are clearly 1 and 2.

I don't think this is accurate. Why do you have Okudah rated significantly higher than Surtain? What about their games. Forget about Okudah struggling, I'm talking pre draft..so this is more of my belief that ps2 is on the same level as okudah, as opposed to okudah "falling" bc of his struggles..I don't think you rate surtain highly enough

Okudah is the outlier but let's see how he does the next few years. You could question the absolute grades but since the grades are all done by the same analyst presumably using the same criteria each year the relative rankings are useful.
