It was not largely scheme. The talent inside is middling at best. People really overrate our DTs.

It was players not understanding and not executing the scheme. It absolutely was a big reason why they gave up so many yards on the ground last year.

That doesn’t mean the talent was great or anything... that was part of it too.

‘Woods was part of good run defense in 2018... did he lose his ability last year? No, he wasn’t being used right and with Poe not even trying, it was a cluster ****.
