“I’m out of there,” Jones said.

Asked where he would like to go, Jones indicated that his top priority is going to a contender.

“I want to win,” Jones said.

Although a picture of Jones wearing a Cowboys shirt recently surfaced on social media, Jones said he’s not going to the Cowboys.

“I ain’t going to Dallas, I never thought of going to Dallas,” Jones said.

Jerk. Why wear a Cowboys sweatshirt if he has no serious intentions of coming here because he "wants to win"???
Cause he sold out like everyone else did, doesnt matter what the soda tastes like, just put a label on it,,, Coke, Pepsi, store brand,, doesnt matter just who ever is cutting the largest check is all that matters anymore.

Julio, if Jerry wanted you in Dallas, you would be in Dallas. We don't need you in Dallas.

Not any different than corporate America and especially the tech world, they're all hired guns.

I am not a Rodgers fan but his team needed a hell of a lot more than a QB with that 1st pick and he fell to them when they had Favre, they actually moved up for Love. That sent the message that could not be recalled.

Dallas is said to have the best WR corp, so Jones wouldn't improve the teams chances of winning.

Jones would also come at a high cost in draft capital and cap hit.

Julio guess what, Dallas says NO to you!
dallas does not have the best receiving corps, when you lead the league in drops you aren't that good

If Mahomes was the QB here, he would love to play here
That's the same as saying if Foles was the QB here. After all, he has a ring too. :lmao2:

Does this mean Matty Ice will now have a hissy fit? Or is Matty Ice all good since he got Pitts? Hard to stay abreast (love that word) of all the drama.

Some of you are mad cause Julio doesn't want to come to Dallas, I'm confused about how you thought that was going to happen:huh:

Also, he did say he knew Dallas wasn't gonna win, and he and every other NFL player knows that...even the ones on the team, their checks will cash tho.

If they want to keep Aaron Rodgers happy, the Packers should go after him.
But the Packers - and any other NFL contender - thinking Julio is the acquistion that will propel them to a deep championship run....have to understand that Jones' body is so worn down that his team workou regimen for the last three years has been the equivalent of glorified OTAs. No full-scale TC practices day-to-day, week-to-week except for simulated game scrimmages. And this had carried over through his regular season preparation. Teams that want to add Julio to their roster must realize 60-75% of his preparation for games will be off the practice field.

:omg:
That would be wicked.

Even Julio 75%

They were very close to playing in the SB last year without him

As for Julio in Dallas. That seemed literally to be one of the very least likely scenarios.
Dallas is loaded already at WR

So let me get this straight...

He woke up that morning.

He took a shower and did his usual morning routine.

He looked inside of his closet to figure out what to wear.

He’s a multimillionaire with a vast selection (assumption).

Out of everything, he just so happened to pick out a Cowboys hoodie?

Well, we all know that can’t be a mistake since he never played for the Cowboys. Safe to assume that he might have paid for that hoodie.

Not only did he pick out the Cowboys hoodie, he wore it out in public.

Not only did he wear it out in public, he willingly posed for a picture.

But all of a damn sudden he “ain’t going there (Dallas)”? Got it!

It’s funny how logic and common sense work when used properly.

What I think happened? I think the Cowboys nipped it at the bud as soon as it arose & let him, Atlanta and/or whoever to kick rocks so now he’s saving face.

Like the great DJ Khaled says “you played yourself”, Julio.

if we were in a win now mode sure, but we are not, our window may open in 1-2 years though we have to draft well.
