I think this video shows why Quinn feels it was important to have Keanu Neal playing the LB spot to provide coverage since it puts a lot of pressure on LB. Also explains why the bigger CB on defense can be a big asset.

Houston is a swamp but in SA it basically stops raining in May and doesn't start again until into the Fall.

Pretty much explains why Neal was moved to LB and why they drafted Parsons and Cox. Says to me why they are higher on Jaylon Smith and Vander Esch that most fans. Length of the CBs seems far more important in the Cover 3 making the QB be much more accurate with their throws. Also says that the front four have to be disruptive especially by the DEs and the DTs really, really have to be stout on the run. Remember that Atlanta got to the Super Bowl with a Cover 3 defense.
