There has been accusations for a long time about weather modification. Chemtrails, HAARP, and so on. There is documentation that they started working on it after the manhatten project. And high ranking US military figures have admitted to it, along with others. Programs like solar shield at harvard, nasa experiments, and more.

I have been interested in this stuff for awhile. One of the things I did when I was younger is spend a lot of time looking at the clouds, and now it is rare to see clouds like I used too. You can watch planes spray the skys, you see the trails dissapate, and then there is a thin layer of fake cloud covering the sky. The next day or so it rains, and then you might get a few days of normal clouds and blue sky, and then repeat.

Saudi Arabia has been talking about creating a city of the future called Neom for awhile, and I think they have started it. It is located in the desert on the Red Sea. I heard about it 5 or 6 years ago, and it drew my interest. One of the major issues the city would have in the desert is water. This article makes you wonder what plans they have had.

i think chem-trails are a real deal.
who and what...i have no idea.
i first heard about them back in the 90s listening to art bell on coast2coast am.
a metal based chemical being sprayed in the upper atmosphere.
it was poo-pooed at the time.

a few years back...it was reported that 2 scientists from harvard were going to conduct an experiment to reverse the effects of global warming.
they would spray a metal based chemical into the upper atmosphere to reflect the suns rays away from the earth.
so the technology does exist....and theres obviously a program in place.
i doubt it has anything to do with global warming.

they ridiculed the idea back then saying we didnt have the technology to do such a thing.
then a few years back...the story about solar shield confirmed...we do.
its a real thing.

not long after solar shield, nasa did the same type of thing off of the east coast. They sprayed a whole bunch of stuff in the sky and turned it purple or pink, i don't remember which. They said it wasn't dangerous but had to delay it because of boats in the water.

They say it is safe, but it is funny how it is the same stuff that is in chemtrails from planes that rain down on the soil, gets in the food, and most likely gets breathed in.

I know you have seen stuff like this in the sky. Start watching, and watch it from start to finish. When the sky is clear and blue, and you see the planes start to come out, watch it all. You see patterns in the sky, then those lines slowly dissipate and connect. Then the sky is covered in a thin layer of cloud that covers the sky and blocks out the sun. It will either rain the next day or they get blown out, the sky is blue again, and repeat.

I drove across 7 states last year over a couple days. It was nothing but planes doing what is in that picture the whole way. What is your explanation for that?

Or it exists, and is another form of warfare. If it can't be done, they are making it look like it can be done.

I live next to an Air Force base. Those are contrails, not chemtrails.
