Such a narrow way of looking at things. He's by far the most important asset to your franchise, of course you should be consulting with him and making sure you take his input into consideration.

In the corporate world, do you think the best managers don't consult with their most senior and talented individual contributors before making big decisions? Do you think they don't give those people a heads-up about changes coming? Do you think they don't make an extra effort to make sure those people feel included and appreciated?

In the military, do you think good officers make big decisions without consulting with Chiefs who may be affected by those decisions?

Narrow? Players are paid to play not run the team. He is a very good player but again he is there now this team will be around long after he is gone just as players before him. Asking his view on a move the team is planning on making, not an issue but his throwing a hissy fit wanting people fired as if he was the owner of the Packers is a load of BS.

Given the landscape of modern sports tantrums I can't imagine what you are using as a point of reference. Players under contract have limited options when they feel they have been wronged. Organizations have limited options in dealing with a disgruntled highly paid player. Player is exercising his leverage of considering retirement and leaving the organization with huge financial implications and going from contender to full on rebuild that has no guarantee of success. He's embarrassing them as he feels they embarrassed him in last year's draft. Seems fair to me.

He embarrassed himself. He puts blame on others how about changing plays because he did not like the play is that on him when they got their butts stomped by Atlanta? No HC took it. Because a player is good does not mean you have bend over and take it from him. I can promise there are other HC who would not take that BS from a player no matter how good they are.

Good news for you is that the FO in GB apparently agrees so you might be able to get a job with them. Bad news is once he's gone & the franchise returns to despair those folks probably won't be there either.

30 years. That's how long GB hasn't had to worry about a QB, had a HOF caliber QB calling plays for the last 30 years. Insane when you think about. Who is to say they will suffer once Sir Rodgers is gone.

They were winning with Favre before him. GB had won championships and competed before Rodgers ever set foot in GB. I don't believe in paying players and then allow them to run the team and throw hissy fits. I tell you what how about Rodgers getting paid a lot less money to free up cap space to sign and keep players, you think he would go for that? Hell no Players want their and then turn around and want to tell management who they should keep and let go? No you don't like the lunatics run the asylum

How bothered would some people get if I said "I thought Dak was just waiting til the second half of scrimmage so he could pad his stats"

Statistically it has to come to an end at some point and I don't see a capable backup on deck.
