Bottom line: Dak felt discomfort in his throwing arm in warmups and didn't want to push it today. The Cowboys' medical staff checked it out and from what I have heard it is a "pulled muscle". The doctors aren't concerned. The coaches aren't concerned. Dak himself isn't concerned. This is just a case of being smart since there's no need to push anything on July 28.

It's easy to push the panic button but this isn't anything structural or shoulder related; nor is there any ligament damage. Once the soreness stops Prescott will be practicing again.

That big contract has done made our guy soft.

Everyone of these guys are sore. Dak isn't special. What kind of example is he setting? Arm soreness? Get outta hereeeeee lol

So lets get Amari Cooper, Michael Gallup, and DeMarcus Lawrence out there too. Ankle problems with a wide receiver? Let them run on it, what could go wrong?

...as excited as the 29-24 record WITH Dak from 2017-2020.

Both prove Dak isn't the problem, just like Romo wasn't to blame for all those 8-8 seasons either. This team hasn't played complementary football for the better part of two decades.

It's arm soreness for crying out loud. You seem to be wanting him to be babied and treated like he's above other guys.

His record is 47-27 troll. Now go cry to the mods about me calling you troll. It’s what you do best.

Again Captain Spewer of Hate, HIS record from 2017-2020 is 29-24.....no denying that....so hold fast to his rookie season wherein Zeke carried the offense so that you can try and espouse some false sense of accolades that Dak simply has not earned.

Not at all. But I also don't want arm soreness to turn into a torn biceps or even a shoulder injury if the pain makes him change his throwing motion.

You embarrass yourself every time you post. Don’t you think any team would want to be cautious with there starting QB who handles the ball every offensive snap?

Seeing as how this aint boxing or tennis there is plenty of "denying that." 45 other guys suit up on Sunday and have a lot to say in whether the team wins or loses. I agree Zeke carried the offense in 2016 but running backs eventually get old enough to where they can't carry a team anymore pretty quickly. Fortunately for us just about the time Zeke has started to show that to be true Dak has improved tremendously as a QB. With any luck neither guy will be having to "carry" the other 44 guys going forward and we can get a total team effort every Sunday. The depending on Superman model has not worked in quite some time.

Last season Collins was "out of shape" in July. I don't believe a thing until I see it in front of me on Sundays.

actually not really....he could be over compensating for the ankle and putting more weight on his arm/shoulder, whatever. Have you played any sport after an injury and over compensate for where the injury was? Over reaction is to be expected.
True.
