How much did Larry Allen bench press?
We've known this for years. Almost since he left USCbetween 600-700 lbs according to Travis Frederick.
That's just awesome. I had no idea he was so strong.

He pushed up an extra 5 lbs because of Tendinitis Man I had that crap in both legs in 1973 it sucks I honestly could not run or walk up and down stairs for months I would have preferred a broken legWas that with his elbow tendinitis?!
What team did you quit on?I highly doubt he can bench press 700 lbs. He's not built for it.
You can't trust the word of a guy who quits on his team.
I tried out for the Dolphins as a punter but dint make the cut the had a pirdy dang punter back then his 1st name was Ray Went through almost 2 weeks of training camp though. It was really fun. What team did you quit on?

someday...they'll be made available in leather bound edition...with gold stamped emblem.Oh, c'mon. I post in a lot of threads.
One of the most entertaining videos involving Allen is the 2006 NFL Strongest Man Competition.
All of the strongest players around the league compete to see who can lift 225LBS the most times. Larry goes first and immediately pumps out 43 repetitions.
Game over, turn out the lights. He took the wind out of every other guy standing there. It was an act of pure intimidation.
Larry walks over to his chair and sits down like a king on a throne. He spends the rest of the competition watching every other player fail to even come close. A couple were able to make it over 30. Joey Porter, Shaun Rogers, Lorenzo Neal.......they didn't even make full lifts like Larry.
