My take on Hard Knocks EP 1

4. Micah Parsons is badass and is looking to destroy someone every play, ya LVE he wants to make every play even the ones where you should be making it.
5. And of course once again Jerry is way too hands on and still micromanages this team. So much for the i would do anything to get back to a Superbowl crap.

-I have a potty mouth myself but was a bit put off with the language. It seemed out of place and not necessary.

-We are in good shape on Parsons.

-I don't agree on the Jerry part. He seemed way more fixated on that disgusting sandwich than whatever Maurer was saying.

It also looked very staged....as one might think.

I think he is of course the tiebreaker, and of course has an opinion, but I don't get the impression he is overly active in day to day any longer.

At least I hope not. People retire in their 60s for a reason lol.

Any involvement from Jerry is too much involvement. But he's not likely to be as involved as he'll make it seem for the cameras.

It really made me feel uncomfortable when LVE gave that piece of advice to Parsons. I hope Parsons looks pass that and continues to make an effort to be involved in every play.

They stopped the film with LVE so we should give him a pass. He may have clarified. But as a leader and vet he should be able to communicate what he's trying to say more clearly........but maybe he did..........I hope he did

yea that is normal. That is my point. The nfl is really hard. Rookies make mistakes. Creating a storyline that they are all pro's before they play a single game is a problem from my viewpoint. All those know nothings that build him up will be the first to tear him down over a simple mistake every rookie makes when they happen during games.

I thought nothing positive or negative from episode 1. I look at it as pure entertainment a into players personal mindset. I'm not too concerned about any of the content.
