Micah: The leash is still on

Much better than your hero Jaylon I think. FYI.....................this is what a REAL linebacker is supposed to look like.
Btw, you said this rookie class sucked because you didn’t have them high on your board. You thought I forgot lol?

No I didnt bub and you know it. What I didnt like was our 3rd round.

Osa seems like a blessing at this point. Wright seems solid. Goldston is a redshirt. Very mixed reviews at this point but two of them are better than I thought they would be.

It wasn't a planned thing he did, it was just happenstance that the lane opened for Osa.
Dont agree - Osa take one step and goes around - that was planed.

D-Lineman dont usually improvise right off the snap like that - if they did, they'd be leaving wide open lanes and wouldn't last in the NFL.

Parsons job was to occupy 2 blockers which he did - hit the A gap engaged the C and set a natural pick on the LG, now where another player might just be content there - Parsons kept going and got after the QB - you might call that reakless, I call that relentless.

It was all happenstance, not planned at all.

If you didn't get the chance to see him play in 2019, he was at a different speed than everyone else. He made some misreads and mistakes but he will learn and he will get better.

I think as long as they came away with either CB or Parsons, that was going to be a good, if not great, 1st round. But I think Parsons has that special thing about him that is going to put him into that rare air, Ware air, for the fans and we haven't had that in some time and it was slow coming before they picked Ware.

I do not think we are going to lament over either of the CB's like we do Ramsey. Parsons is our next stud and star on the defense and we need one badly.

Again watch the play and see where they fire off to.

Parsons take the A gap and to his left Hamilton fires off to the B gap leaving the the other A gap WIDE open - thats exactly where Osa is supposed to go.
Anyone can call that sequence of events with hindsight as if it was all planned.

Respectable reply. But I wouldn't say mixed reviews. Besides Gholston who we cant grade, the other 2 based on draft position have been good.........flat out.

Since your brain can't discern what your eyes are seeing... just as an example, how about the play he backed up into Neal and fell down? That will probably be featured in the next Hard Knocks.
That is your definition of reckless? Lol.

Osa has been good flat out. Wright, seems better than what most thought, but we probably still could have gotten him in the 5th or 6th round and its not like he won a starting job. But personally I would rather him starting than Brown. Anyone but Brown.

I got to say Micah looks like he is shot out of a cannon when he runs sideline to sideline

I cannot wait to watch him this season

When you take yourself out of the play by falling down and get in the way of a teammate from making the play, yes that is reckless.
And what do you call the LB play last year? By your standard we should cut everyone. J Smith is pure trash and a waste of a roster spot. That weak little one legged loud mouth needs to go. He can't even hit a sled. Time to cut the clowns and see what real players, that have two functional legs, can do.
