What, if anything, would you do or give up for a SB win?

You've given these up and we haven't won a Super Bow? Dude, you have to put it in reverse and try the opposite approach.

So this year I will stuff myself sick with bar-b-qued meat before, during and after games and swill liquor like I'm at a frat party. In the interests of the team I also hereby swear off exercise.....

Glad to help. Think of me when Jerry lifts that trophy.
That's taking one for the team!

During the Lenten season, I have given up meat, beer, liquor, all alcohol.....I have gone to the gym and worked out everyday for 40 days straight....How many of us have prayed and said, If you just let me have this, I will do this????
What would you do? I'd be willing to give up Beef and alcohol until the draft!!

I'll give up Jerry's yacht. It's a sacrifice worth making. After all, he'd benefit the most from a 6th SB trophy.

I wouldn't give up anything but the time invested in watching them play.

They won 5 of those and that did not improve my life one bit. That first one, we got rid of that "always a bridesmaid and never a bride" label but even that was short lived because there is always another season coming up after this one. I thought it would be different, I would feel different but I didn't. I was happy and pumped for a couple of hours but that did not last.

I have never felt as strongly about any Cowboys team, including every one that went to those 8 super bowls, as I did that day watching them on the field in Green Bay playing in conditions we wouldn't even go out in. I have never equaled that sense of pride in a team as that day, including 5 super bowls. That game, that team, served as an inspiration to me when I've been up against it in my real life. It is how the game is played to me that really is important, as corny as that may sound.

Fight hard, leave it all on the field and I don't care if they ever win another super bowl. I would like to see our younger fans get one since they've not had that experience but for me, it is not necessary. They won me over with a loss and not many can say that.

Your gonna need a bigger swirler.

I have a jumbo, Brody...

nothing, this is entertainment, doesn't put money in my pocket or food on my table. Also, i find with age, each year, my interest in the cowboys diminishes...sure they are fun to watch but i dont get anywhere near as crazy or emotional as i did as a 20 something
Yes this is very true, sad yet true.

Like Jerry, I would give anything to win a Super Bowl. Just kidding!

The entitled generation....
Haha....no, I'm too old to be put in that generation....I'm just talking about the blind support some of us have given for the last 25 + years with zilch paid in return....maybe I only deserve to be committed.

We all get a return, if we want it. It's entertainment....there's no promises....just a way to blow 4 to 5 hours a week and chill with family, friends or by yourself, like I like it. Give me some peace. Win or lose, it's my escape.

yeah man...i used to scream, break things, get totally drunk and get so mad i was not fun to be around...now i make it more about getting the kids in their jerseys and having fun food....
Thats the right path you have chosen my friend

I (we all) have given up time, money, energy, for many years without much in return. I'm pretty sure it's their turn to pay us back.

Just curious, could you feel the difference in that change you did? Me and my gf are cutting down on red meat. I have already cut down on alcohol. Eating smaller portions. This has led me to lose some bad weight I had in my stomach area. But I never went cold turkey with no meat and alcohol.

I am a meat eater and a drinker. The one time I gave up meat and alcohol for lent, I lost about 30 lbs.
