He’s a really good blocker - if this is the type of offense we’re going to run, we may as well keep him for the purpose of blocking ‍♂️

So we're paying him $16 million a year to chip block.

Gotcha.
I agree, why didn't we run him more..? TB has arguably the biggest front 7 and weak corners. That's what the game plan was about.

That's a good idea to be honest.

Zeke has lost his burst and Pollard clearly fits more in this new scheme.

Trade yourself. He averaged 5 yards a carry against the best d t duo in years abd his team Carly ran with his best lineman out.

Dude must have picked up the blitz 6 or 7 times tonight. I don't care what his stats were, Zeke had a great game and was a huge part of why we were in it at the end.
I agree. No Zack and no room.

I would take the time to explain tonight's game but, frankly, if it needs explained you'll never understand it.

Passing was working so I'm glad we stuck with it. Offense wasn't the problem.

I can't trade myself.

There are rules that need to be followed, sir.

Listen even an idiot like me can figure tonight out. Why not mention how on earth the Bucs couldn't run against the worst run D in the league last year? They put 52 yards up on us, dude. Even idiots like me know you take what the other team is giving you, and in no way were they given us Zeke. Seriously....

If Zeke was not stone walling blitzers tonight, Dak might have left the game WAY before the end of the game.

I get it, we don't pay Zeke to block, but he was Key to the Passing game tonight against some of those blitzes. Hell, he may have been a big reason why TB wasn't blitzing at the end of the game.

TB front 4 is hard to run on. If Zeke only has single digit attempts more times than no by the trading dealine, sure, look to see if you can get something in return. But this was Week 1 against the SB Champs who is possibly the best run D in the league. Don't over react there RGIII.

Even if Zeke does get more play and better results, he still counts $16 million against the cap. That would only be worth it if he were playing at a level comparable to his first few years.

He's clearly not the same player.

Some fans just choose to remain blind and don't know when to cut their losses.

I question many of yawls football knowledge. The game plan was literally to not run at the Tampa D line, they are too good. Vita Vea and Suh and beasts. Even with Martin you don't really run it with them there. This game was not about Zeke at all.
