Got lucky. Chargers were called for a lot of penalties at key moments that really good teams will not be called for.

Good teams make their own luck. You're obviously not a Cowboys fan. You can't even get behind them when they win. Pathetic.

No they do not.
With Parsons playing DE, it meant Smith and Vanderech were the I side backers most of the game - and were horrible.

Our jumbotron looks like a tacky joke now in comparison to what's being down now.

I resent that. We have cheerleaders dancing on the rafters. lol

The stadium is still impressive but the acoustics affect the crowd noise and DC's record at home make it seem like it is not. It is still a monstrosity and every team seems to copy our style with the museum and fan accessibility to players.

Herbert made journeyman type of mistakes. He played well, but mistakes often cost you more than big plays make up for.

some games are gritty and this is Justin Herbert one of the upcoming qbs who has good pieces around him and a franchise Tackle in Slater that we held to 17 points and got the win

If the Cowboys can figure out they need to keep JSmith and ABrown off the field, the defense will become dramatically better.

No they didn’t. They didn’t give the Cowboys anything. The Cowboys took it.

They were controlling the ball the entire second half we only had the ball once in the third quarter. They had a TD called back because of a penalty. They made plays down the field that were called back because of penalties. They beat themselves. We caught numerous breaks that saved us.

Whew…. Glad we won. Some thoughts:

1. Despite the GW kick… special teams coaching is trash. Made bad decisions all game and we got lucky GZ bailed us out

2. Dak was pedestrian. The INT was terrible. Last week he looked elite. Today— he looked average at best

3. The running game was awesome and won us the game… clutch first downs, big plays, and wore down the LAC D. Very impressive

4. Steele played very, very well. Proud of the kid.

5. Defense looked scrappy and gritty again. Loved the turnovers and they look much better than last year— especially considering how short handed we were

6. Micah Parsons. Kid is a BEAST. Unreal game. Disruptive and nasty all day long. Defense is fun to watch again

7. Coaching was unimpressive. Horrid clock and game management at the 2 min mark. McCarthy has only made me more concerned about his ability despite the fact we won

8. Refs suck. Calls finally went “our way” and we are used to being the ones getting screwed— but it sucks to even win with their help. They are hurting the quality of the product and the Nfl doesn’t seem to care a bit about it

Bad calls against them, sure.

They took an INT away from us.

Right. The gate swings both ways. The nullified INT was an iffy call. He did have his jersey but the receiver wasn’t impeded. Could’ve gone either way and has most of the time. But, honestly, most calls were legit.

I’m going to have to fess up. As a 51 yr old fan since 70s and then having Garrett 10 years I was starting to have football PTSD about any close game. To the point where I feel like I’m not even a fan of the team. Today I stayed positive and had a great feeling on the last drive. So recovering

Can honestly say I think we owe the refs this game.

Maybe you'd feel better if we gave the game back?
