I throw the ball to my daughter only during offensive plays. We have to do 20 catches in a row before the next play starts. No one is allowed to touch the ball while on defensive, but it is very close by in case we get a takeaway. Silly games, but so bonding for us. We laugh and are so competitive to make sure it happens.
