Looks like the Eagles currently would hold the 4th, 8th, and 9th picks in next year's draft

They can always count on bending over the Dolphins for draft picks.

Exactly but I wonder if their three picks may be enough to get Watson right now.......especially if they kick in let say a 2nd and Hurts

Three firsts+, for Watson? That would be very stupid of the Eagles, but I wouldn't mind them doing it. Seems like the Texans are usually the ones on the short end of those types of trades.

This is why you should want the rest of the East to finish 8-8-1. Never could understand wishing them to go winless. I hate them so much I want them stuck in mediocrity forever.
agree, especially if you actually believe in the Cowboys as a SB contender (which I do). There's no point in rooting for them to go 5-12 or worse. If you believe the Cowboys are a 12 win Super Bowl contending team then there's no point in rooting against them all year. It's not like the AFC West or NFC West where you could have multiple contenders in each division. If the Deadskins or G-Strings or Eagles win 8-9 games this year it's not going to kill us.

Word is the Texans actually want a combination of SIX picks and players for Watson.
