How do you know? He might want to settle there for the rest of his life. He’s going to have a wife and family one day. You have to prepare for the future. Dak has a lot of friends and knows a lot of people. It takes a lot of space to entertain family and friends. Trust me when you got money you don’t go small when it comes to homes or anything else. With the money he’s making he could’ve gone a lot bigger. $3 million isn’t going to buy you much of a home where I’m living. Heck, I might think about moving to the Dallas area.

My home is small compared to Daks, but I built much more than I needed, because I saw it as a long term investment, plus I designed and contracted it myself and saved a ton. My neighbor built a 12,000 sq ft home a couple of years ago for him and his wife for the same reason........

Tbh considering his contract he could've gone a lot bigger. I'd have done the same in his shoes. He may want to plant roots and grow into the house as well.
