He’s an average running back whose only positive at this point is his durability. Pollard is outperforming him on every single metric for a RB.

As someone who dislikes Elliott and still wishes we went a different route in 2016 I disagree.

I do believe because of our line he is a success and you can plug a lot of folks in there and receive similar results but Elliott is a football player

he dedicated the off season to come back stronger faster and better and it shows . He’s a tough SOB and I root for him on Sunday

His blocking skills are good much better than pollards even though pollard can hold his own. I’m not sure if you’re just fishing here or not and again he’s one of my least favorite players on the team but as fans we are real good at minimizing talents by propping up others

We are having a great year thus far and in happy with team structure

he dedicated himself this season because he knew he’d lose his job.
Don’t be caught up in the quotes.

If Dak’s backup came in and was throwing more touchdowns and yards on a minimum salary like Pollard is > Zeke everybody would say we overpaid.

:omg:

It’s nice to have zeke out there punishing defenders. Dude took Kazee out the game last year and I believe that eagles safety took himself out after trying to tackle zeke this year

Personal bias can make it difficult to see things clearly and objectively. The OP is a perfect example of that.

There isn’t a defensive player in this league that enjoys tackling Zeke. He finishes like a truck and blocks like a guard. And he can run like a guy 15lbs lighter than him. He is a baller and I’m damn glad he is playing for us.

We have seen this with Hambrick and Felix Jones. As soon as you give them more carries, they crumble.

Right and Polllard benefits from Zeke punishing defenders. Take Zeke away and the change of pace advantage is gone.

Is 40+ yards a metric? Pollard has none. Is having the longest run on your team a metric? Cause it's not pollard. Is rushing TD'd a metric? Cause pollard doesn't lead that either. Is rushing 1st% a metric? Cause Zeke leads that as well. If you are going to claim Pollard leads ALL metrics, might want to google it 1st. Pollard does lead in average yards per carry and rushes of 20+. Why can't we just celebrate the fact both are having a good year? Both are averaging 5+ yards a carry. Both being put in situations to succeed.
