he brought aggressiveness to this offense.
he freed up kellen moore to evolve into the play caller he is.
he is the one that wants balance on offense.
cedrick wilson noah brown dalton schultz tony pollard are thriving now since he's been here.
he gave terrence steele the starting ot spot last year because he earned it...and look what that experience has done for steele.
he brought a new defensive philosophy here about multiple looks.
he brought an emphasis on bigger dts.
the safety position has improved under his watch.
we really do seem to draft best players over scheme since his arrival.
he has instilled a toughness in this team that left when parcells did.
he has as much to do with this team being 5-1 as anyone.
but you know that already and dont give a damn so continue with your tired act.

its the cultural change. its change in mentality of this team thinking we are going to win, vs. what's going to happen now and how are we going to lose this one...

This is the first time in forever that the “next man up” hasn’t missed a beat. It reminds me of playing against some of MM’s Green Bay teams. I’m glad to see that aspect of his coaching has traveled with him.

MM has warts. So does most every other coach. Even The Hoodie has become more mortal without Brady. But I think The Hoodie is recreating Brady out of Mac Jones in his mad scientist lab.
