Can someone explain Lamb’s nose wipe celebration?

Wiping your nose is a sign that says, I just bested you. So when one guys beats another guy the winner will wipe his nose in celebration. Signifying I'm done with you. It's been around since the horse and buggy days.

So CeeDee doing it says I just beat you for a first down. Hence it's his first down celebration.

He's clearly wiping his mouth and finishing it off with a pointing finger.

So we still dont have an answer. You think one of these clueless reporters would ask him already.

Oh he does it a lot when he’s having a good game. He gyrates and has many physical gestures towards the opposition during the game after big important catches.

Even last year against the Giants after they injured Dak and Dalton came in and we needed some momentum he made a big catch and literally just got up and gyrated right in front of the DB letting them know “we still have swag and are going to move the ball”. Very mentally strong player Lamb is.
It is one of those things. Hate when other teams do it. My team? Don't you dare. Lol. I can complain about my kids but will fight you if you whine about my kids. Lol.

Constipation with gas
now, that's the worst. Reminds me of a great bathroom stall poem. "Here I sit all broken hearted. Came to **** but only farted. "while I'm here oh what the hell, I guess I will just sit and enjoy the smell.";)

So you didn't watch the video posted earlier on the history of the nose wipe (post #22)? It explains exactly what it is.

I wouldn't be surprised once the league figures it out, they will ban it in the same vein as the throat slicing gesture.

Would you rather have Marion Barber flipping a gasket every first down like he's the ultimate warrior?

I seen that but don't see how that is the reason he does it. I think someone needs to ask him.

He is #88...maybe it's a tribute to Irvin.
Yeah, I'd always thought that might be it. Kinda like a mini, low key version of Irvin's big 1st down celebration. Still thought Lambs move looked a little odd. :)
