“Probation is not an option in Nevada for a conviction on a charge of DUI causing death, which carries a possible sentence of two to 20 years in state prison. The possible sentence for reckless driving is one to six years in prison, with probation available.”

If I remember correctly, the person that died was in the vehicle with him. Since this was someone in another vehicle, I’ll bet it is treated differently and maybe it should be. The person with Brent was there voluntarily. This was a completely uninvolved person that died. I realize death is death, but I see a difference.

Ruggs will unfortunately end up as a cautionary tale, but that caution will fall on a lot of deaf ears. It’s a shame that he wasn’t smart enough to line up a safe ride instead of driving drunk. Now he’s going to pay a very steep price, and deservedly so.

I was a Uber driver for about 2 years Some of the athletes do use uber and celebrates also I gave rides to super models .Bartenders do take keys from drunk people and call Uber it is why I worked late night
