Bro. I am at a loss. Replace Gregory with Parsons. Who is the best LB to replace Parsons. We have a slight rotation there. But our D-Line is so thin. Our Offense HAS to run the ball. Quick big score are nice but we have to shelter and save our Defense. Seems a few weeks ago when Rush played our Defense saved us. We need long sustaining drives. Ball control. They will gamble giving up the big play by stacking the line. I would run and dink and dunk for the clock management. If they are giving up the big play then take it.

We really need mistake free football. Lots think we roll this team but we thought last week.

With this loss of Gregory how important was last weeks loss look now..

Odiggy has played well. We need him in the qb face this game. Armstrong needs a big game . They have to hold the middle of this. They start running and it’s trouble. I expect to give up a big run soon in the middle. Then the stops for loss. That’s when we need the pressure or secondary when they test us. Last week looked like the old Marinelli defense.

2 weeks DLAW....2 weeks Gallimore....1-2 weeks Urban....Cox 3-4 at least....3 weeks Gregory...so we have to mix and match and all depending on flow and scheme of offense...and hopefully our takeaways begin to improve along with timely penalization calls on opposing teams at worst moments....and straight up on fire Dak play both in run and pass game...get all the guys back for final stretch last 1/4 of season prior to playoffs and then anything can happen....we are much much better team than anyone gave us credit prior to season starting....now pedal to metal and let chips fall where they may...would not suprise me we are watching cowboys in NFC championship game and dictating game?...just my lowly opinion

Cox has a torn ACL so he's done for at least six months.

Lawrence is probably a few weeks away but Gallimore could be back before Thanksgiving. He's been doing more in practice from what I've read. Urban might be back as soon as next week but that doesn't seem likely.

We have no one who can collapse the pocket and no one who can get to the QB. We will have to come out with discipline, maintain gap control and stop the run and force the other team to throw the ball and hope our secondary and LBs are up to it

If you listen to McCarthy, he doesn't really consider our defensive line a lineup. He wants a solid 24/7 rotation like Quinn employs, or even what won us the Super Bowl in the 90's. This is also evident on our Snap Counts. Yes, the playmakers like Gregory will get a lot more snaps, but I think McCarthy views this as the 3rd stringers are just going to get more snaps now and next man up.

Our DL with Gregory out now means our entire initial starting DL of Lawrence, Hill, Gallimore and Gregory are out. Doesn’t bode well for our upcoming meat of our schedule .

Good news is we should have them back for the playoffs but it certainly will decrease our chances to reach a higher seed.

Injuries and lack of defense most likely limits a deeper run again. But a healthy offense could keep it interesting. We need big Tyron back at LT.
