Does anybody honestly believe the Cowboys could beat the Patriots again?......the Pats would wipe the floor with them.

The only thing I'll say to that is I wouldn't call losing 2 out of the last 3 'sliding'. Not to mention, this is still the middle of the season. Not the beginning, certainly not the end. Tom Landry always used to say you want to start off strong and finish strong. If you have to take a loss or few, better for it to be in the middle of the season.

Cincinnati and KC have buried Vegas in the last 7 days , they’ve given up almost 80 points . Dallas needs to start fast and bury them . Go 8-3 with a long rest before the Saints game all will be forgiven .

There’s not a long rest before the Saints game, unless you’re considering a normal 7 day turnaround as long (it’s certainly longer than the 3 days until the Raiders game). The long rest is after he Saints game and before the Warshington game.

Has anyone said the OL played well? I think almost 100% of the posters agree the OL was bad. But the issue seems to be with those people using the OL to excuse other players for their own poor play/decisions.

Piss poor OL play doesn't excuse other players. It can be true that both the OL and any other of the positions players played poorly. It can also be true that the OL was undoubtedly the worst part of the team today. It isn't even close.

That was probably one of the worst OL performances this team has had in a long while.

You realize the lack of blocking wasn’t just bad, it was truly historically bad. If the blocking was JUST average Moore’s game plan would have looked much better.

Everyone on the offense could have played a little better. Kellon Moore could have had a better game plan.

BUT, the Offensive line was pathetic throughout the game. On offense EVERTHING starts and ends with the O line!

This O line gave us almost no chance to win!

It seems to me, since our last Super Bowl the O line( even when they were supposedly the strength of the team) has faltered most often in big games. Romo was always running for his life in our biggest games.

If our O line does not improve greatly, we have no chance vs the good defensive lines in the playoffs( if we make the playoffs).

I think this team needs more speed on offense. They have no one to take the top off the defense. KC could not play that defense they played today if Dallas had a guy like Tyreek Hill playing WR. The threat of him running pass the DBs would be too great.

Dallas had opportunities today, 5 times inside the KC 30 yard line, but each time they shot themselves in the foot. Bad play calling, bad passes, no blocking, penalties. It killed them.

Also, the Cowboys have the worst blocking WRs and TEs in the league I think. So why call plays that require them to block? Those plays almost never work for Dallas and lose yards as often as they gain yards. Stick with the vertical passing game. Of course Dak has to be more accurate than he has been.

When you read this message board you have to take into account that 75% of the posters on this board have no idea what they're watching during a football game. They will automatically whine about the lowest-hanging fruit (the quarterback) because they are casual football fans who don't understand the intricacies of the game.

Of the remaining 25%, there's a good 15% chunk of people who still hold some unhinged grudge against Dak because they think he "stole" Romo's job and will never get over the asinine idea that they were robbed of Tony's back magically healing and coming back in 2015 to lead the team to a Super Bowl.

That leaves roughly 10% of people (and I'm being generous) who actually have any clue what they're watching/talking about.

Sliding, peaking, whatever the teams peaking now are likely peaking too early anyway. I hope we catch fire in the next few games and begin peaking in December. Thats when we need to firing on all cylinders.
