Rumor before the season was that the Mara family was less than impressed with Landry 2.0. If now it likely would have been January.

It’s a sinking ship . This buys Judge some time.

Agree 100%.......guy on Twitter was saying a lot of times when coordinators are canned mid-season, the HC and/or GM are feeling the heat. It's exactly what I think is happening.......this buys Judge and Getterman (ms) another year for serious improvement or they're cleaning house.

It buys them the rest of the season. Beyond that who knows depending on if it turns from here.

it also gives another OC the chance to try and do better with the same team JG was working with.
See how the next guy does, if better that says it all, but if it is the same......
