actually, he got one in spite of McCarthy....they fire MM and the next 2 years in a row went to the NFC Championship game...probably Rogers was holding back or it’s a coincidence...but I doubt neither is true based on what we’ve see here....sometimes simple is accurate: Green Bay got a better coach and immediately went within 1 game of Super Bowl twice.
