I asked you a question. How is Dak's leadership manifesting itself? Does this appear to be a well lead team in your opinion?

Bonus question, was Michael Irvin an effective leader?

Irvin was a good leader yes.
And yes Dak's leadership is a big part in why we are leading the NFC East.
In regards to your stances on his leadership sorry I can't keep up with every single post on this site or even remember how everyone views Dak or his leadership.

Is Dak's leadership also the reason we've been horrible 3 of the past 4 games and never won anything meaningful in the 6 years he's been here?

Maybe...maybe its not. Like you stated earlier....they haven't won anything in 25+ years...Aikman and Irvin were on those teams in some of those years....never heard anyone question their leadership.

Not having one single NGCCG appearance in forever is embarrassing.

That's the thing with the MM hire. He was brought here to get us past the Garret level, not to rebuild some barren roster. Clock is ticking.

It is okay. No amount of convincing to yourself will in any shape/form make Dak a better player. He is who he is, which is why he was drafted in the 4th round. The sooner you accept this sad reality, the sooner you will be able to move on and heal your soul. You don't honestly think non-Dak supporters dislike him for no reason do you?

So Tom Brady is a bum because he was a 6th round pick? You and @MountaineerCowboy keep bringing up the stupid point of his draft status as if it means anything lol.

Non-Dak supporters or idiots so it never crossed my mind why they dislike him for nay reason. They'll boost up Romo and then in the same sentence call Dak a choke artist lol.
