Let the Meeting of the Chicken Littles come to order !!!!!!!!!!
Beating the Mike Glennon led Giants by double digits speaks for itself.
The fact is that when a team is to the point that fans routinely complain about how much they suck after double digit road divisional wins, it is in and of itself evidence of how good that team is and where they have set expectations. You know who doesn’t complain about wins like this? Fans of average to bad teams. Your team is really, really good when they’re 10-4 and thumping divisional opponents and you’re upset.
The great irony of the “realist” talking points is that they are so often self defeating and inherently contradictory.

Everyone except the trolls wants us to get better. That’s not the point. It’s the constant bashing over and over and over. They’re here for only one reason and anyone with a brain knows it. All they want to do is stir **** up. They’re either juveniles or have mental issues. If your season is ending tomorrow, you're right. Complaining after a win is pointless.
But if your team is going to the playoffs, and you see areas for improvement that should improve if you wish to make a deep run, then complaining after a win is purposeful.
I'm hoping our offense gets better to match the offenses the Bucs, the Packers, the Rams and the Cardinals - teams we'll need to beat to get to the Super Bowl.
It's all a matter of how you look at it. Shrug.
So why engage them?Everyone except the trolls wants us to get better. That’s not the point. It’s the constant bashing over and over and over. They’re here for only one reason and anyone with a brain knows it. All they want to do is stir **** up. They’re either juveniles or have mental issues.

I generally kick the **** out of them. But that’s just me.So why engage them?
Why not put them on ignore?
Trolls and sycophants are part of society.
How do you handle them in regular society?![]()
Well, you can't do that here. So what's your solution for this board?I generally kick the **** out of them. But that’s just me.
Several are going on ignore. End of story.Well, you can't do that here. So what's your solution for this board?
The reason for the complaining is due to the fans seeing the team play at this level which will not be enough to beat good teams. The missed extra points, dropped passes, missed blocks , etc will have to stop or it will be a one and done in the playoffs. Fans have a reason to complain about the offense massively under performing. The fact is that when a team is to the point that fans routinely complain about how much they suck after double digit road divisional wins, it is in and of itself evidence of how good that team is and where they have set expectations. BARELY by double digits. BARELY.Beating the Mike Glennon led Giants by double digits speaks for itself.
We’ll have you on ignore first.Several are going on ignore. End of story.
Complain? Absolutely. Go bat**** irrationally off the rail? No. Who’s to say whoever we meet in the playoffs doesn’t commit error after error? Who’s to say we don’t get our act cleaned up before then? You just never know how the ball is going to bounce. The reason for the complaining is due to the fans seeing the team play at this level which will not be enough to beat good teams. we scored 21 points and our defense gave us the ball 4 times, plus a turnover on downs that gave us the ball at the Giants 30 yard line. TWENTY-ONE POINTS with all those gifts from our defense and you think we are supposed to be happy? That game should vane been 38-6 today. We arent happy because we know if our offense plays like that against the Bucs, Rams, Packers we are done.I'm happy for the win, the run game was much better today. But I must admit, I expect more from this offense. This team is much better and should be scoring many more TDs, we're settling for too many field goals.
LOL. Please do. You really think I care if a bunch of trolls have me on ignore? In fact, I welcome it.We’ll have you on ignore first.
I'm happy with any win, I did not say I was happy with the offense. I agree, today's game should have been a massive blowout.we scored 21 points and our defense gave us the ball 4 times, plus a turnover on downs that gave us the ball at the Giants 30 yard line. TWENTY-ONE POINTS with all those gifts from our defense and you think we are supposed to be happy? That game should vane been 38-6 today. Im guilty of it sometimes and you are right .The fact is that when a team is to the point that fans routinely complain about how much they suck after double digit road divisional wins, it is in and of itself evidence of how good that team is and where they have set expectations.
