Based on drafttek recent mock for availability of players:

26. Devin Lloyd 6’3 235 ILB - this move allows Parsons to move to DE and let randy walk. I can see Jabril Cox and Devin Lloyd playing the style of LB Quinn wants. Guard or Safety won’t have the same impact as this pick with what’s available.

2. #58 Austin Allen TE 6’7 260 Nebraska - Schultz will go to FA. This TE with his length and reach will help in the red zone and take advantage of the seem routes. Badly needed weapon to make the offense click

3. #90. Thayer Munford OG 6’6 320 Ohio State- has the ability / maturity to step in at LG and offer some position flex. He will at least push McGovern if not outright win in camp.

My thoughts are that we’re not resigning cwilliams and a strong pulling guard would have the must impact. I’ll can be had later

Devin Lloyd is moving up the draft board.
He will be the first LB off the board.

We better sign Gregory after the years and years of hand holding

Can’t create a hole at DE

Parsons is way better as a roaming LB than DE

Williams will walk and we will take OG in rd 1

FA and Randy leaving creates a hole. There is no way he gets a 4 year deal with big $$ from Dallas.

Parsons can still be moved around but play a majority of snaps at DE.

Who do you think is a 1st round guard that is better than Munson in the 3rd? There’s not. You have to draft BPA.

How about Kenyon Green? LG looks great.

I don’t think our front office hung on to Gregory just to let him go when he starts ballin out. I think he signs a long-term deal and stays.

We need OL. Steele seems to have RT sealed up for the future, but LG & LT appear wide open. Ideally, we move Collins to LG and draft our future LT.

If Munson is equal ok but that I’ll compare

You’d think Gregory would feel a bit indebted to the cowboys and give them a reasonable 2 year deal for what he has shown but I doubt that happens in today’s NFL. You’re getting your return on Gregory this year hopefully for a deep playoff run.

Taking a big gamble having Lloyd there and letting Gregory go. Lloyd might not be there.

Is it likely that Randy would even sign for less then Dlaw is making and Dlaw’s contract is several years old
