It sure would feel nice to have a QB that isnt a front runner that can win us games when we are down 14+ points

I'd be embarrassed to admit I couldn't handle watching a game because my team was losing. I certainly wouldn't make a self-congratulatory thread about it.

There's more to life than watching your team suck. I'd be embarrassed to admit I have nothing else better to do on a Sunday than watch another predictable loss. I certainly wouldn't make a self-congratulatory post about it.

Well that was dumb. They played like crap but it was an admirable comeback attempt.

If Dak hadn’t fumbled in Arizona territory and we had a decent kicker, we’d have won.

I've seen enough of this team to realize when they are completely defeated. At the 22-7 mark, there was no way Dallas was going to win.

It looks like I made the right decision. Just more horrible play and more drama after that point.

You can see the team lost confidence in Dak. How can you be efficient as a WR when Dak is so inconsistent? It messes with your rhythm and flow.

Cooper and Lamb and Gallup would have so many yards now if Stafford was throwing it to them.

Well, Dak got his numbers mostly against AZ's prevent defense so all is well and dandy.

I understand your frustration and don't blame you a bit. You shouldn't be embarrassed because you turned it off. I imagine a lot more people have done it in the past than would like to admit it too. There are a lot of cynical people in this forum that lack how to have an open conversation without insulting another person. Many here lack understanding and compassion. This is what this forum has turned into over the years.

I knew they weren't going to come back and win, either. But I just can't bring myself to turn a game off. Even pre-season, I watch the full game.

I learned that lesson all the way back in 2002. We were playing the Carolina Panthers (with Quincy Carter as our QB). The Cowboys' offense was beyond pathetic the entire game, and into the 4th, we were down 13-0.

My entire family got up from the couch (I was 15 at the time) and decided they weren't going to watch it anymore. They all went outside.

Well, fast forward about 30 mins, and they all hear me screaming and going crazy in the house.

Why?

Because despite the Cowboys being terrible all day and giving us no hope, they ended up winning 14-13 in the waning seconds of the game. The first score didn't come until under 4 mins remained, and that was on a very lucky pass, that should have been intercepted, but went for 80 yards to Joey Galloway, then the game winner to Antonio Bryant to seal it. It was unbelievable.

So yeah, that is the game that convinced me to never leave. The Cowboys might lose 99 out of 100 of those games like yesterday; but that 1 that they do make a miraculous comeback is so exciting to witness live.

Well then you missed a prime opportunity to find something in the game to blame so you could feel better about the loss or even claim we didn't really lose.

Nothing went our way and we still came back to tie it and would’ve won if we had a time out to challenge the cardinals fumble - or if the refs would’ve called it a fumble and given themselves a chance to review the call and make the right call. Not a big deal, we’ll see them again in 12 or 13 days.

I never stop on a game, I might fall asleep lol, but I never quit.
It looked like they were gonna lose, but 2 scores and they are right back in it.
It wasnt a blow out beating.

It is all about your expectations.
If yours are high and you overated the cowboys, then that is your fault.
I knew going into that game that dallas could easily lose or win.
They just kept messing up and arizona finally had a 10 point lead, but cards didnt play all that good either.
it was a fun game overall.
I also dont get upset or mad anymore when dallas loses lol, they have me well trained. Thank JG for that.
