Kellen Moore needs to lose his ability call plays going into the playoffs if he doesn’t know how to feature Cooper & Zeke like 2018 season.

Cowboys offensive philosophy:
1: Run the ball in zone & power formation
2. Short underneath & Intermediate pass plays
3. Deep vertical passing game.
4. PA & trick plays.

There should be a number of people with OC talent that could replace Kellen Moore. I'm not too concerned with the prospects of potentially losing Moore in the future. Regardless, Jerry and Stephen might see fit to attend to that after the wheels of our offense come off. They surely don't seem very prone to do so before approaching the upcoming playoffs, however. We have bigger problems to attend to, before that's likely to happen.

what plays can he call for a scared quarterback?

screens and short passes.
heck if that fails just have stats hand the ball off or he could set on the sidelines and watch cooper run the show.
fire dak.

An old Dallas trick play, on a play action the off side tight end throws an 'errant' block towards the side lines, and then gets up and runs a side line pattern. He then is thrown to usually wide open.

What was the score against Bucs, and can you tell me how this team lost that game?

‘Moore has no scheme he is a collector of plays even Linehan found a way to get Cooper the ball.

With all the changing of plays that Dak does, who knows what plays Kellen is actually calling? Kellen shouldn't be punished when Dak is changing the plays so much.

I don't think Dak changes the plays that often.. Typically when they break the huddle they have two plays in mind.. Dak is supposed to change to the second one if he sees something in the defensive alignment. People hear all that noise at the line of scrimmage and think he's changing plays all the time.. A large percentage of the time QBs do that just to screw with the defense. Then they yell "kill kill kill" to let the line know to pay attention to none of what they just said and go ahead and run the original play. The only time Dak is truly in charge is in hurry up/no huddle.. Which ironically is when the offense operates at its best.. soooooo....

Sitting back and scanning the entire field is almost impossible for Dak..it takes 3-5 seconds and you only have about three seconds on most drop backs against good pass rush. I'd target Cooper who can get separation off the line on almost every play until they double him and then go right to Cee Dee Lamb or Shultz...wanna play? Let's play a little game and have Dak get the ball out in 2.5 secs on every pass play like he was in games 1-8. He was the top rated QB in the league doing that, so I'll argue it works and is more effective for him. His progression in his understanding of the game has led him to holding the ball and trying to scan the entire field, he's not that good at it. He's trying to do the right thing but his timing is awful now, he's out of sync.

In weeks 1-8 Dak wasn't trying to scan the entire field on the drop back, and take what the defense gives, he was reading the safety/double team and he knew where he was going with the ball. He needs to get back to that, he's not Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers, nobody is.

why can't we disguise our offense so defense can't always show one look and change to a different one before snap? Ceedee motion out of backfield? bunch cooper, cedee and wilson in the slot? so defenses don't know which zone they go to?

Good OC use 1-2 weapons and win games, unbelievable with the weapons we have Nd unable to sustain drives, something off with Dak

I think too much of Garrett rubbed off on KM. He allows Defenses to dictate their play calling way too much. We can blame dak but it was the same with Tony. Remember the ravens and other teams laughing about how predictable the O was. If I am a DC I am loving playing against a team that I can make call plays in a certain way just by the defensive look I give.

Yes....let's blow out our starters one week before the playoffs.

I swear 90% of this forum would light themselves on fire if Rockport said doing that would cure cancer.
