You won't get that opportunity with our current QB. If he doesn't see you wide open, he won't throw it to you. He will not anticipate and throw it before your break. He's not built that way.

We can win with a QB like Dak, but I don't think we can win with a QB like Dak being paid as much as Dak. He needs more help than your average but without money to spend ...

We're already set to lose at least one WR, maybe 2, and possibly Schultz too.

Amari is a competitor and a team player. He's not throwing anyone under the bus, just saying that he can do his job as good as any one in the leauge. We could probably stand to get him the ball a bit more, but our offence has always been about spreading it around.

Amari not happy with Dak and KM. Not really shocking stuff. 90% WR’s in the league probably feel this way.

No, 100% of receivers believe they are wide open every snap. I do think Moore and Dak need to prioritize getting Cooper the ball though.. But he's gotta do his part. There has been too many times this season when he has failed to fight through the DB on the slant and the ball has ended up being deflected into the air or almost pick sixed. He can't give up the inside on that route.. He just can't.. He would be the first to tell you that. But I am glad he is calling for the ball more.. He's too good a player to be as underutilized as he is. Dak and Moore need to worry less about keeping everybody happy and start worrying about doing whatever the hell it takes to win games..

The only real way to get the ball is at the snap, run over to Dak and grab the damn ball out of his hands and take off, you might have just an equal chance if you expect Dak to try and find you open.

He is not wrong. He and Dak are not on the same page though. At the same time, after watching the all-22 video of the offense, Cooper has to cut Dak some slack. He has not time to look downfield. Half the time Dak was looking for the outlet guy as soon as he took the snap. That's how bad the pass protection was. But IMO, if the Cowboys are going to be successful on offense Dak has to get the ball to his WRs somehow.

Honestly, I can't say that I blame him at this point. Literally everyone on an opposing team knows players like Davante Adams, Tyreek Hill, and Justin Jefferson are going to get the ball, but the teams still find ways to get the ball in their hands. If Kellen Moore is this amazing coordinator then he needs to find ways to get Cooper and Lamb the ball more often.

It's not the outlet guy it's the hot read. Those are two different things. The outlet is the guy you throw it to as a last resort after going through all your reads.. The hot is the guy you throw it to because you see a blitz coming from a certain area and you expect the receiver to run into that vacated area which SHOULD make it easy pitch and catch.. provided the line picks up the blitz or at least redirects the blitzer so he is not in the passing lane..

I would be looking his way always. Especially on 1 on 1's.

How many corners in this league can contain/shutdown Amari Cooper 1 on 1?

Maybe Ramsey? Marshawn Lattimore?

Yeah it's difficult for me to believe any corner can really shut him down. But remember it isn't always just him and the corner. Teams are smart enough to shade safeties to his side in obvious passing situations. When that happens a risk averse QB like Dak is going to read "throw it elsewhere." Moore's offense just needs to adjust to include options that remove the ability for the safety to get involved. There are plenty such routes.. but we don't seem to use a lot of them.
