After landing defensive player of the year candidates in Trevon Diggs and Micah Parsons in back-to-back hauls, Dallas has re-established themselves as one the league’s best drafting team, not to mention all of the other high-impact players they continuously add to the roster. In his latest three-round mock draft, Draft Wire’s Luke Easterling gave Dallas a new toy for Dak Prescott before turning attention to adding to the defense.

I'm not opposed to adding another WR early.

With Gallup most likely gone, a late round pick and a deep WR class I wouldn’t either. I’d look Oline too though not sure on who would be available

I almost think Gallup's injury may end up increasing his chances of returning.

You may be right. I saw Jerry after the game saying they wanted him back, etc. Of course they are going to say that but not sure who throws out too much cash on a guy with 2 injuries on 1 year. I’d love the guy back.

I’d consider Gallup gone…love the player, but he’s going to cost a fortune and we can’t have 3 WRs at that price tag.

My only 1st round WR is Williams, but we’re picking bottom of the 1st at which point we’re likely shooting for fringe 1st rounder. I think Olave fits that mold and think he’s an awesome pair to what we have in that he’s give us a legitimate deep threat that can fly.

If he’s BPA sign me up.

I don’t think Gallup gets more than one year, prove it deal. He likely starts the season on the PUP. It will slow down his market.

I love Olave’s game. I’m all for this

Gallup is about to make bank…go look at contracts across the league for quality #2WRs signed in FA.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets 9/10+ mil a year for 3+ years.

Bank relative to current contract but far less than what he would have gotten of healthy on the open market. I believe free agency technically starts this March.

He would have. Pre injury.

He won’t get what should get sadly coming off an ACL injury and likely missing camp and possibly being on the PUP

We need and have needed a receiver with speed: Someone like a young D-Jax or Tyreek Hill.

Ohio State WR Chris Olave
Georgia S Lewis Cine
Clemson DL Tyler Davis

Olave is a terrific route runner and a good deep threat as well. There are a few OL I would rather have but he’s right there.

I’d take Olave if we’re moving on from Cooper and sign Gallup or Wilson

If they draft Olave, they probably wont redo Coopers deal and cut him in 2023. I dont think they will go into the season with a rookie as a #2, especially since Lamb hasn't proven himself as a #1

Yeah, my best guess is that it’s going to be, at least for next season, Cooper, Lamb, and Wilson as your top 3 receivers.

I think Wilson will command less on thee open market and the team likes his rapport w/Dak. I do have a funny feeling that Gallup’s injury actually increases the chances of him staying but I could be wrong.

This team really needs to add a speed element to the receiving corp.
