Heinicke has started 12 games this season because Washington lost their starting QB for the entire season. Why can’t you get that? Do you consider Taylor Heinicke a legitimate starting NFL QB? If you were in charge of Washington would Heinicke be your starting QB next season? Taysom Hill is a backup QB and we beat him. He’s only starting for New Orleans because Jameis Winston their starter was lost for the season. Taysom Hill is a legitimate backup QB just like Taylor Heinicke. Neither one of them are very good.

He has been the starter all through this season. Why can't you get that? He wasn't the backup when we played him.

If these sissies treat this like a preseason game they deserve to get destroyed in the wild card round.
You talking about the Eagles? There whole team is on the list. The only thing the Cowboys can do tonight is stat pad and get hurt.:laugh:

Hurts to play a few snaps if any.

Which means they'll be more of a threat throwing the ball.

Why can’t you get that he’s been the starter all through the season because they have no choice? It’s either him or Kyle Allen. lol He’s not in there because he’s winning games practically every week and leading them to the playoffs. Get real! Answer the question do you think Taylor Heinicke is a legitimate starting NFL QB? If you were a Washington fan would you want him back next year is your starter? Pretty simple yes or no answers.

Revisionist history. Romo didn’t even get the opportunity to compete for the job because of the red-headed stepchild. Romo didn’t “lose” the job. The idiotic organization made one of the dumbest decisions in the history of the game believing in a fantasy that a rookie QB could take the team to a Super Bowl and gave them the best chance at winning. Dak played great (for a rookie), but he wasn’t the main reason the team was winning, nor did it mean that Romo couldn’t play better. Romo relinquished the job because he’s a class act. He was released because of his injury history and because the same mismanaged organization that hasn’t won anything now in over twenty five years believed the future was Dak, except his rookie year happened to be his best year so far.

Not wasting my time with that drivel.

Glad Philly plans on playing Hurts and a few other starters for a while.

Not gonna be able to watch it live with you all. I’ll watch it when I get home, and read the comments! Should be hilarious. Breathe Cowboys fans.
I’m not going to be able to online for the first half at least. I’ll be listening though, and check in here hopefully second half

That was same with Dak. That doesn't mean he wasn't the starter in 2016. You're just trying to claim Heinecke was a backup when we played him to fit your narrative. Calling someone who started all season a backup quarterback is just ridiculous.

It’s not the same, Dak won the job during his rookie season and never relinquished it. Stop diverting and answer the questions. Do you consider Taylor Heinicke a legitimate starting NFL QB and if you were a Washington fan would you want him as your starting QB next season? If you don’t care to answer the questions move on. This is just a waste of time.

Last game of the regular season.
Will it make a difference?

lol...how would I know? There is no right or wrong to an open ended question?

My answer though is, I really don't care at this time, win or lose. I'm going to wait until the bigger fish are fried.

While they are up there, I hope JJ was smart enough to go get those Cowboy seats he left at the "New Name Football Team" coming up. If the team comes back home on this last road trip healthy, that is what I would really like.

After that? Play time is over!

Cowboys on 1 2 3. (5/6)

Tom Brady didn't win the starting job during the 2002 season when he won the title. According to your faulty logic, Brady wasn't the starter. As I said, that's ridiculous.

Tom Brady most certainly did win the starting job during the 2002 season. When Drew Bledsoe was ready to return from his injury he never got his job back. Belichick decided to stay with the hot hand. Bledsoe was traded the following offseason. What happened with Brady/Bledsoe was exactly what happened with Romo/Dak. Virtually identical! Now answer those questions or let’s move on.
