Dallas-SF doesn’t seem right without Summerall/Madden

Some things just make sense for a Dallas-Niner game.

Summeralls voice, the Texas Stadium crown, lots of slants and These teams being 1-2 or 2-3.

A 3-6 Wildcard game just doesn’t feel like Dallas-SF. Hope the game goes the way past playoff home games between the two went. Was 95 the only home playoff game between the two with the other 3 in SF?

It's a good thing the Packers beat them too. They had our number after Jimmy left. Won three in a row. Twice in 94 and 1 in 95. The Cowboys had the Packers number. It was a rock, paper, scissors thing that went our way that year.

Verne Lunquist was pretty good also.
Actually he used to do Cowboys games before moving into doing national broadcasts.

Nothing was better than Madden saying "Moose is loose" and talking about Nate Newton and Big Eric Williams. Summeral and Madden were the best. I miss those voices.

That was long...long ago, and far...far away. We used to be pretty good back then when the Boys were men...Now we are just wussies who run to Mama!
