Offense is trash. Defensively they got some good young talent with some vets still in their prime.
Most of their wins were from the defense/cover 0 approach.

Holland, Phillips, Wilkins, Ogbah, Baker, Howard, Jones, Davis(NT) Sieler etc...
Not bad.

Offensive line, RB, WR, and even QB are trash/questionmarks.

There are 5-6 teams that need a HC, and Quinn likely can't top this season, so his stock is legit as high as it will ever be. Unless those opportunities are all terrible or he really just wants to stay a DC, I think he is as good as gone.

I don't think he took the Dallas job as a one year deal but this season he has received a lot of light shining on him and I think it even surprised him.

Think about it, he gets fired as a HC, takes a job as a DC and now 4 teams have asked to interview him. And it's not like what McC went through, his ex team has been to back to back NFCCG since he was fired and most likely going to their 3rd in a row. That's like your ex wife marrying a rich handsome movie star, the day after the divorce. At least Quinn knows his replacement isn't any better than he was.

I still can't believe so many think he would be happy being a DC in Dallas over being a HC. This man took a team to the Big Dance and had the biggest meltdown in history. Do they really want a man that would not want to make that right? At least try?
