Yes they can have a big impact on a W or L just like a QB.you saw the passing results.
yes we lost the games...but are wins/losses on WR? or team?

Gallup is a bonafied top #2 WR.No hate on Gallop but he's not close to Cooper as WR go.
Meh. Not this year.Correct but Cooper makes it a better team.
Maybe uncle Jerry can trade him but if you think CeeDee and Gallop are going to fill the void just think 2017.Gallup is a bonafied top #2 WR.
After this season, CeeDee is now our #1. Cooper has gone backwards. Inconsistent like he was with the Raiders, hence why they were quick to trade him, especially for a 1st.
I think he does just look at the other guy's numbers, it's related to Cooper being on the field, pretty simple.Meh. Not this year.
Cooper is here, doesn't matter what Gallup does....hope he stays......When has Gallup ever gotten injured other than this season?
Stop spewing falsehoods.
CeeDee and Gallup weren't here in 2017.Maybe uncle Jerry can trade him but if you think CeeDee and Gallop are going to fill the void just think 2017.
We will see. The playoffs are here. Time for Cooper to beat his matchups, get open frequently, earn his money and play like a #1. No excuses. The playoffs is where the big boys show up.I think he does just look at the other guy's numbers, it's related to Cooper being on the field, pretty simple.
Right here is a hater. What an epic failure of team building it would be. To have to release Amari Cooper but be stuck with Zeke for another season and a massive cap hit.
but to attribute the losses to missing cooper doesn't make sense.....we had CD, Wilson, Gallup....Yes they can have a big impact on a W or L just like a QB.
Amari Cooper just might be our hero in this year's playoffs so it just seems premature to be making such comments days before a playoff game. There is a time and place for everything. This isn't the time for that discussion.Cooper has been getting hounded by the media and now the league is on his case.
I think Jerry is angling for Coop’s release with some of the public statements he made earlier in the season. It also seems the media attention is targeted, and it could be the team playing PR games.
Theories aside, if the FO is interested in bringing Wilson back and they believe Gallup can be brought back on a 1 year deal, releasing Coop does make financial sense. They could transition 10 million of the cap from offense to defense with that one move.
I really like Amari and his quiet confidence but his production has been down so paying him 21 million next season seems insane.
On both counts.Unless you plan on drafting WR in the 1st or 2nd round, that would be a big mistake.
Because of injury we may be able to retain Gallup one more year but coop clearly is the most important WRWould be a big mistake. Coop is our clear cut WR1.
