I believe in the old John Madden Mantra that great players make other players around them great. An Elite Quarterback could elevate his supporting cast. In Dallas we've only had good quarterbacks since the 90's Dak, Romo, suffer along with the rest of the team and don't overcome the broken culture that we have here. Dak proved with that last play that he is not above the Oline, receivers, running backs or any other of his team mates. The defense gave him a chance to be clutch and instead he choked.

Yah, when was that? LOL Was that before the OC called the dumbest play in history? Or after the ref coming in and tackling everyone to force 3 more seconds off the clock.

Dak had no shot tonight, the Oline and receivers saw to that.

Fix the Oline and Dline, including our secondary, then this team can be successful in the playoffs. Plus, there is no discipline on this team. They commit penalties at a franchise worst rate...and at the worst times...game killers.

Keep Martin and get rid of everyone else. Zeke needs to go as well. Surely you can see that by now.

He doesn't suck. He is good, not great. I put him at the top of the middle tier of QBs. Kirk Cousins is probably a notch below him, but just 1 notch.

We will all focus on the last play but in the end...7 points after 3 quarters at home in the playoffs, just like two weeks ago vs. Arizona.

This is who Dak is. Was the same way in college. He was all American taking MSU to # 1. Pressure hit and he folded, losing the next 2 out of 3 or something like that. . It’s just who he is and will always be. He is not going to take this team or any team to the SB. He is just not good when it counts.

Prescott is in the same tier of quarterbacks that many of us have always said but been criticised for. Cousins, Prescott, Carr and Jimmy G. There's no hierarchy they are of very similar level.

That grouping feels about right.

I would have taken Carr, Cousins and even Jimmy over Dak for this game

Dak Had his Romo Seattle Moment today. That was a Choke. Dak is a good player, but until we fix the culture unless we have an Elite Quarterback we not going deep into the playoffs.
The fumbled hike was early in Romo's career, not after year 6. For gosh sakes, why keep bringing Romo up? Dak was terrible tonight as was the entire offense.

You mean when it was 3rd and 18 every time. The truth is you guys have no clue if there were guys open or not. You just assume he holds the ball too long. Then the dropped passes? I feel bad for Dak. His team completely let him down today.
Every QB has WR's drop passes. It doesn't matter if people are open or not. You got a clock in your head. Make your reads and get rid of it, throw it away. If you can't do that, you're holding it too long.

Dak had no shot tonight, the Oline and receivers saw to that.

So now it was the Refs fault for coming in and tackling everyone, instead of Dak's for not handing it to the Refs as the announcers pointed out he should've done. That was his Romo Seattle Moment, or McNabb not knowing there were ties in the NFL moment. That was full out choke and something fans of other teams are going to bring up to rub the salt into our wounds for years to come. Dak also had plenty of other bad moments that you would like us not to remember like horribly overthrown balls in critical moments. Dak does not elevate those around him, he is effected by the same calamities as his team mates.
