So you gonna let your one coach that's doing anything go. And keep the one coach that has no job doing nothing???/ McCarthy needs to go. Quinn needs to stay if either must leave. And Kellen Moore definitely needs to go. If McCarthy leaves what will we miss versus if Quinn leaves? Why even keep Moore if nobody is DUMB enough to hire him. The guy has shown he's not ready to handle top teams as a OC. I am so sick of the Country Club way the team his handled and ran by ole Skeletor! So guys can talk Dak or this and that. But you put Brady here-you put Rodger here. Same result. Nothing is going to change until Skeletor leaves. I'd gladly trade a couple of Super Bowl wins that Jerry Jones had NEVER bought the Dallas Cowboys. The one game Quinn did coach us I never seen the team play with so much fire and fun. You don't see that with McCarthy on the sidelines. Our biggest game of the year -biggest fan turn out and enthusiasm. Yet the team comes out flat. Rewatching the game it felt like Dallas as a team was at a team mates funeral. No emotion. No nothing, They just looked dead. So I'm not even gonna talk seriously about any player-any coach or any draft. Because in the end nothing will a trump Ole Skeletor We have no He Man coming to the fan rescue.

This is what MM does, stands on the sideline wide-eyed like a deer in headlights and occasionally complains to the ref.

I don't listen to them anymore. I just accept the team as it is and hope for the best.

As for McCarthy, I thought the Cowboys were a 9-8 team so I have to commend him for getting them to 11-5 + an asterisk win over the Eagles. Is he a great HC, no. But he is way better than the clapping carrot.

As for Quinn, maybe I am wrong but I still think as a HC he was not that great at Atlanta so why do people feel he would be a great HC in Dallas? He did a good job with the defense, when he was with Atlanta, they blew some big leads in spectacular fashion including a Super Bowl loss to the Patriots.

In any case, I don't think firing the HC after 2 years is necessarily a good idea. Some teams fire their coaches every two year and remain lousy teams. Look at the Giants.

Yah these guys are delusional. They probably think the Oline is good, Zeke is good, ect...ect...

Offense now needs to be revamped.

They don't bother me anymore. Jerry is actually unintentionally funny at times, like after the game Sunday. It's like he was shocked by that game. He's the GM and he can't see what a lot of folks, myself included, suspected might happen. That's why he shouldn't be the GM - he can't objectively evaluate his team. He falls in love with "his" guys.

And, of course, he still thinks he's got a Super Bowl roster. So how can he possibly fix the weak areas?

While I agree with the coaching musical chairs, to me it's more about the future. Bring in a fresh, young mind right now...someone hungry and tough. I don't expect to do anything next year no matter who the HC is...that's the spot Jerry has put us in with contracts. And I also agree Quinn is not the answer at HC. I want to keep him, but only as DC. Keeping MM is just going to set the team back even more.

I agree in principle. I am hoping the Cowboys lose Moore to another team but I am afraid that won't happen. The failure of his offense to produce points lately is going to hurt his HCing chances I think. But if they are lucky and he does sign with someone else, then yes, get a young innovative OC who can get the most out of the Cowboys players they will have in 2022. But I think they need to adjust their roster. They need real playmakers on offense. Guys who can change a game on one play. Right now they have a bunch of good players but no one who can provide that spark that ignites the entire team. Pollard may be that guy but they don't use him enough. A new coach needs to take advantage of Pollards quickness and speed. I am leaning towards trading Cooper again. Good receiver but he has become a possession guy not the game breaker he was supposed to be when they first traded for him.

Also, the next OC needs to be able to get inside Dak's head and figure out what the heck has gone wrong up there.

Just like JG. I've said it in a bunch of threads, I just want a coach who looks like he's doing something.

Well. If we’re being honest here. I know how you feel about Zeke. But our problems on offense started when he hurt his knee. Or do you refuse to believe that?

he has been a shadow for years. He is limited. Problem started when the oline went south.

I was hoping I'd never see that look again. That same look Garrett had in many games. McCarthy was looking to the sky asking God for help.

Lol, unfortunately the most roll we might see would be maybe a line coach or other small fish being let go

They don’t care.

Don’t listen to their words. Look at their actions. They do not give a rip.
