Jeremiah Mock 2.0 2/22/22

Agreed. Mosher didn’t even list him as a candidate to look at.

Could be because he may be out of our range or just a lack of interest
Id call it lack of effort on that list.

Dean was missing also, and it included a QB.

I generally like the guy but that was weak. Better off just not doing it.

He is a fringe 1st rd prospect, but everything I've heard, he is an impact, day 1 starter at LG.

This would tough for me. I like Linderbaum and Dean.

Same with me. I like both.
I am curious how they will have those two ranked on the board.
I am also curious to see how they have the other Centers and LBs ranked on their board.
There are some decent LBs in this draft that can be had later, I think more LBs than Centers.

But the idea of Dean back there with Parsons could be really fun to watch.

I like Linderbaum, but Dallas needs more size at Center.
People talk about when we had Stepnoski, but we had Kevin Greene, Nate Newton, or LA surrounding him. We had Beef in our guards.
IMO, you can run a guy smaller, but not two. If you get a bigger LG, then Biadasz works -- hence the reason for Green. If you get a larger C, then Biadasz might move to LG, but Linderbaum isn't larger.

Either way, I don't think Linderbaum fits the personnel we have right now any better than Biadasz even if he is more talented.

As far as Dean........absolutely take him.

IMO, 1T, LB and TE need to be taken high and hit upon to make this team better than last year, as long as you keep Coop and Tank. You still would need to get a DE in FA (Gregory, VMiller, etc).

Jordan Davis, Travis Jones, or Ridgeway need to be picked.
Lloyd, Dean, Quay Walker, or Brandon Smith need to be picked.
JWydermyer, McBride, or Ruckert need to be picked.
Green, ZJohnson, Salyer, Ekwonu, Neal, Pennington, Kinnard, etc --- one needs to be picked

Now if you can get one out of each of these rows in the first 4 rounds, I will consider it a very good draft.

I don't think people need to worry too much about Linderbaum.

I have friends who scout and are in the Philly area and they are pretty high on Linderbaum. He just seems like a perfect fit to replace a 35 year old Jason Kelce. Both are around the same height / weight and he is a perfect fit for their zone scheme.

They also have 3 picks. I just worry about them coming away with Johnson, Lloyd and Linderbaum!

If the OL isn't fixed then won't matter how many LB we add, we won't be going any place. Believe, based on that draft, Dallas would go BPA anyway and it would be Linderbaum at 24.

Word is Kelce considering retiring... said many times, no way in hell Linerbaum is getting past the Eagles. Not sure about the other two but we can certainly expect them to come away with THREE impact players. Couple of mocks I've seen have them using one of the 1st at WR to match up with Smith, giving Hurts another weapon.

I like the pick. Dean is a true leader and would pair well with Micah. Our offense lead the league in points and yards last year........ and it got us nowhere. So, lets try to build up the defense. I think that is the most obvious way to improve the team.

Was hoping Tyler Smith would have flown under the radar more. I had hopes for him in the 3rd at the guard position. Walker, Penning, and Green all flying up the board. I think after the combine Dean may be well out of reach as well.

That's what they said about Aaron Donald. Linderbaum is plenty big for a center. Jason Kelce is only 6'3 280 lbs. Rodney Hudson is 6'2 299.

I think the size concerns for Linderbaum are overstated. He’s obviously a great fit for. Zone scheme but he’d be very good in a power scheme as well. He has tremendous technique and movement skills. And he understands leverage. He’s going to be a Pro Bowl caliber player wherever he goes. No need for much worry because I don’t see him slipping in to 24.

I agree with you. I think he’s going to be great wherever he goes. Many compare him to Jason Kelce, and Kelce has been a perennial Pro Bowler in Philadelphia. And the Eagles had the best running game in the league with a mobile, ‘undersized’ center.

Put Collins in for added power at left guard and Linderbaum at center and this offensive line would be ‘back’ in a hurry.

It's lying season. Anything to get your prospect to slide a little further down the board to your team lol

Did you mean Kevin Gogan?
