Most of these 'player x said this' posts are silly but the head coach not occasionally talking with one of the best players on his team, one of the rising stars in the NFL, is incredibly bad

Don't really see the problem here. Quinn deals with Parsons directly as the DC. McCarthy probably at most says, "Good job, Micah," and those types of comments. Are fans on here expecting them to have heart-to-hearts on a daily basis. Probably the last time they had a real conversation was during the draft.

Right, but just because they don't know what he does doesn't mean he does nothing. We went 12-5 during the regular season last year and McCarthy was the head coach. Green Bay went to NFC title games and won a Super Bowl, and McCarthy was the head coach.

I'm not sure how good of a head coach he is or how this will all end in Dallas, but I think some are grasping at straws for reasons to hate him. That he doesn't really talk to Parsons is definitely a straw for the conclusions some are drawing here. I prefer to save my vitriol for failure not perceived slights or lacks.
