Here's what should happen: We all know Jerry will have his head preserved in a jar. So, what we need to do is keep it alive and activate the pain sensors in his brain all day every day to make up for some of our pain for the last 26 years.

You know how about hiring a GM and get himself and Stephen away from the decision making
He hasn't been atrocious as GM, but the culture he creates is where I have the most issue. The Cowboys draft well enough. But the lack of empowerment coming from the HC department is the issue I have. The last few times he has forced a Coordinator on his HC. That's unacceptable. He did it with Wade, then did it with big Mike. Also, is it me or does it feel like Dan Quinn has more say so than big Mike? I'm probably wrong but he seems to carry a voice.
