O line's future is set.

Besides Micah Parsons 4.3 speed coming off the edge. We would have Barno.

Anderson can do it all. Be a TE or that big RB or a pass rushing edge or a LB

K.Johnson running 4.36 can cover ground as a LB and become a dangerous Blitzer.

Butler has special teams demon written all over him. Great speed also to become a FS and cover ground.

Danny Gray makes a great pairing with Lamb who can take it to the house on any catch

Well what's my draft grade guys?

Def lots of speed there. I love Barno. Id like a rb somewhere in there maybe 5 or 6th

Barno Kid looks mighty thin, worried him putting on weight will affect that speed. Maybe make him a LB/S hybrid

Nearly all are underweight. No doubt they can put on weight in the pros but then they may lose speed/quickness.

Most of all not a fan of no. 2. He's pretty good at a lot but not great at anything it appears, those guys don't usually make it in the NFL...

This reminds me of the stat that why put up about the Top 10 40’s of all-time prior to this year - only 1 of those players became a star (Chris Johnson). And, only Marquise Goodwin has had at least a decent career. Henry Ruggs (legal) ain’t gonna do much any time soon. The other 7 are just JAGS (if they’re even in the league anymore):
  • John Ross
  • Dri Archer
  • Jacoby Ford
  • Jalen Myrick
  • JJ Nelson
  • Javelin Guidry
  • Zedrick Woods

D - you drafted a guy in the first that seems to be a consensus pick to be no higher than a 3rd. I, like many, trust Dane Brugler a lot because he seems to be wired into quite a few NFL FO's - and he has him as his 22nd ranked DE. Just sayin'...but, you should DEFINITELY go bet on this to happen. You'd be an instant MILLIONAIRE if this happened.

Andersen may be new to defense but he's Big Sky DPOY, FCS DPOY and 2Ă— All American at LB.

Had 2 sacks, 14 tfl, 137 tkl, 2 int and 4 FF in 2021.

Kid is smart, physical and he knows how to find ball.

Another plus is he can be the gadget play guy on offense, replacing Ced Wilson but as TE/H-Back instead of WR.

As with just about anybody, if he is selected by the Cowboys I'd give him every chance.

But forgive me if I'm not impressed by a great player in the Big Sky conference, which is an FCS conference. I remember one Kavika Pittman, a top FCS player here at local McNeese state, e.g., who was a miserable failure in the NFL. And there are many others.

Smaller college players can be great of course, not saying they can't. Just can't go all ga-ga over an FCS player who isn't dominant at one, or at most two, position(s).

Good research, though...

With Randy Gregory now leaving a pass rusher is top priority

Lots of FCS players have been Pro Bowlers in NFL.

Phil Simms, Everson Walls, Charles Haley, Nate Newton, Richard Dent, Clyde Simmons, Dexter Coakley, Rodney Harrison, Kurt Warner, Rashean Mathis, Tony Romo, Jared Allen, Joe Flacco, Akiem Hicks, Terron Armstead, Darius Leonard, Matt Judon, Adam Thielen, Cooper Kupp, etc.

And there were even GOATs from the lower levels - Jerry Rice, Walter Payton, Andre Reed, Darrell Green, John Randle, Larry Allen, Aeneas Williams, Shannon Sharpe, Terrell Owens, Adam Vinatieri, Michael Strahan

But how many of those were "jack of all trades" players? Don't recall Jerry Rice playing tight end or running back. Or Kurt Warner running back or receiver.

That was half of my point..

But I should have made that distinction more plain, certainly there have been many FCS players who've gone on to NFL glory. My bad....

Andersen is a LB in NFL.

His explosiveness and playmaking at that position has him rising up draft boards.

Definitely a day 2 guy now.

Well, we'll see. Won't know for a couple of years at least probably.

Like I will remember to watch him...
