Should we use a 4th or maybe a 3rd rounder on a RB? It would be nice to get some young legs and someone to replace Zeke after we let him go next year. OR do we wait another year?

We can draft Barry Sanders in his prime and this OL will ruin him. Build OL first before RB

They have 4 5ths, they need to use one of those mid round type picks on a rb. Mostert would have been a nice bargain rb in free agency though.

if there is some guy there they has a 2nd round grade on then ok i guess

if not then heck no!

use one of the 5th on some RB if u want to take a shot

Probably going to lose zeke and pollard after next season. A RB will absolutely be drafted in the middle rounds

why? you can always draft a RB and they pay immediate dividends, there is no real learning curve. so why lose a year for a RB that obviously will be at best 3rd on the depth chart. wait until next year

They'll be drafting a RB in the fifth round after they address the OL & interior DL. Don't be surprised if Jerry cuts the apron strings w/Elliott. Pollard has played as a number #1 last season. That said, he won't be leaving Dallas anytime soon.

I would of drafted a RB last year... Zeke and Pollard both got hurt.. You can never have enough depth..

Good question.....because we need two of them.

You don't want to count on the draft and two rookies next year.

Need one now.....plus the obvious need for fresh legs in the coming season.

Mind you that part of this is not feeling like we must sign Pollard because we have no backfield.

One this year, one next. All set. All fresh. All cheap.

Zeke isn’t being replaced.

Pollard is UFA after 2022.

draft Pollards replacement in April 2023.

Zeke likely retires after 2024:25.

They are paying 11 million this year to a very meh TE because it was 'oh no...we have no one else!'

Don't want to see that at RB a year from now.

Draft one this year. Period. Bench Elliott when he is too hurt to run. Game 4-5.

Draft another next year to split time.

Toss them both after rookie contracts (unless they sell jerseys, then hamstring the teams success for that reason).

Jerry is planning on tanking this season to use a top 5 pick on a RB next year to replace Zeke.

pollard is a f/a next year.
jerome ford,cincinnati
d'vonta price,florida international
hassan haskins,michigan
zaquandra white,south carolina

zeke will be cut after this season and pollard gone. Need rb by the 4/early 5th asap this year.

we have zeke and pollard for at least one more year. so no need IMO to draft a RB this year unless we are smitten with one and It would have to be in lower rounds. chances are the 3rd RB is inactive on game day and you don't want your 3rd or 4th round picks to be inactive.

you can always find a veteran RB for relative decent price in FA, so it wouldn't be two rookies. and RB Rookies are and have been very effective.

its just that we have needs at OG, Center, DT, LB, saftey, TE all of which I would put above a RB in terms of need. all of those are immediate needs as well as future needs. a RB in this draft would address future needs only.

Wait. Use the draft capital on the OL.

If you need a RB, they are always available after final cuts.
