Mock Draft 3/29/22

They already are bringing in 2 first rd receivers as their 30 day visits and traded Cooper away. Odds of them taking a high receiver are very likely.

Tell yourself whatever you obviously need to. You form an opinion and then insist on that being what’s going to happen.

Gallup was a former 3rd rd pick and an immediate contributor, I believe they can find another one on day 2.

Like I said We'll find out early in the season, Gallup had 33 receptions for 507 yards his rookie season I think Washington is good for more than that. He was also rated higher than all of the guys available except Pickens, Dotson, and Tolbert. Again I would rather have a promising edge rusher with the second round pick.

I'm not saying at 56, more so at 88. Deep class where they can at least bring in legitimate competition against Washington.

The Cowboys usually telegraph which positions they are targeting. Bobby Belt who is a legitimate insider said they were looking at day 2 receivers at the senior bowl. They already have two 1st rd prospects coming in as 30 visits, they decided to trade their #1 receiver, everything points to them wanting to draft a top player at the position, even as early as rd 1.

30 days to go.

You keep telling yourself that because that’s what you want to happen.

They also have both of their top two receivers under multiple year contracts.

They even went out and signed a #3 option. But you can’t handle that, so you try to minimize the guy, when the fact is he’s been better than last year’s #3 Wilson.

They’ve already invested two 1st round picks at receiver over the last three drafts. Doing so a third time would be asinine.

I do not want it to happen! Haven't you seen my trenches post. Just telling you, what I think the team will do.

Yes. I am interested to seeing the other 30 visits leaks in the coming days. If we see a large amount of receivers coming in, you know what direction they will be taking. Right now OL, Edge, WR, TE have the positions they have been linked to the most.

Ok. Fair enough. I am on record as saying it would be asinine and a huge mistake.

Part of it depends on how the draft falls which most likely will be different than a mock draft that I ran this morning on a simulator. When Jerry mentioned recent successful picks they've had in recent drafts they were all value picks Parsons, Lamb, and Diggs were all graded higher than where we picked them.

My OG Hysteria gives me goosebumps waiting till the third to draft a guard.
Otherwise good mock

Yes, there is always surprises that why they like to cover themselves prior to the draft. They have done that at Edge and WR, but not within the OL yet.

I don't disagree. If this team wants to take the next step, they have to fix the trenches. I am all for going OL if an Edge doesn't fall and even would consider Travis Jones in a trade back.
